What airports can I fly into?
Les 2 Alpes is served by multiple budget airlines flying into three main airports. Grenoble, Lyon & Geneva. We recommend flying into our closest airport Grenoble (GNB) for the quickest transfer time of around 2 hours.
Geneva can be up to 3.5 hours transfer time and usually only private transfers are bookable which can be expensive.
When should I arrive?
Check in, depending on the apartment is usually around 3-5pm.
We do however encourage you to get whatever flight is cheapest from your nearest airport. We will have luggage storage and a welcome party from midday on the 10th December so it really doesn't matter when you arrive!
When is the lift pass valid for?
The lift pass is active from the Sunday 11th Dec in the morning until the last lifts on the Friday 16th Dec. You can collect this on Saturday 10th, so you are ready to go for the first lifts on Sunday!
If you want a lift pass outside of these times we recommend buying it once you are in resort just for the day.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes you can, simply choose a payment plan at checkout for the amount to be debited from your account monthly.
Alternatively, you may choose to purchase with a deposit. You may then log in and pay any amount each month. Some people choose to log in each month and pay an amount from their balance, others pay everything upfront. It’s completely up to you.
There is one monthly instalment remaining to pay off your balance as the Rise is now less than 100 days away!

Under the Brexit deal, from Jan 2021, UK passport holders do not need a visa to travel to EU countries for less than 90 days. You will still use your UK passport as normal to travel from the UK through French border control whether it be via plane, coach, train or car! If you are concerned, check the Government website for the most up to date information.
How and when do I pay my balance?
You are able to log in at any time to your Easol account at myeasol.com and pay parts of your balance off whenever suits you /your group. On the homepage of your Easol account you will see any booking that still has a “Pending Payment”, meaning a balance is still due on this. Click the yellow “Pay Balance” icon on the top right to view and check the details. You can opt to pay the full balance or a part of it. You can only pay off one booking reference per transaction, so it may be the case that if you have several booking references you will need to pay them separately.
All payments need to be made ASAP. Please note it is not an automatic transaction, you must log in and make the payment.

How can I find out the location of my Rise Alpine apartment?
Rise Alpine apartments are a selection of hand picked apartments from various buildings in the resort in the centre. They aren’t one exact location as they are in various buildings across the resort. Saying this, they are all located primely within walking distance of the slopes, bars and stages.
Within 3 weeks of the Festival you will be notified of the name of the building you have been allocated to. If you have friends who have booked under a different name do let us know and we will make an effort to ensure the apartments are near each other.

When and where do I pick up my equipment hire from?
You will be notified of which hire shop you have been allocated to before the festival. Where possible Rise will always try to allocate you to the nearest shop to your accommodation (if you have booked through Rise). Pick up your hire on the afternoon of the 10th Dec, ready for the first lift on Sunday morning! Return your hire by Friday 16th.
Where should I head to when I arrive in the resort?
Your first point of call is the Rise Arrivals- located in the main town square by the Jandri lift- use the address 5 Place des 2 Alpes, 38860, to find it!
